At MIT, I process payments, purchase orders, suppliers, event requests, food orders, key requests, mail, and help-desk tickets while managing social media content for urban planning research and student initiatives.

I collaborate with labs, centers, faculty, and students to source stories, create content, maintain editorial calendars, monitor engagement analytics, and keep communications aligned with MIT branding guidelines.

Previously, at Northeastern University, I supported graduate admissions by responding to application questions, reviewing Slate applications, contacting applicants about missing materials, and completing office administration.
