I’m looking to contribute to a company’s growth and goals while continuing my personal and professional development.

At Grupo Melo, I provide technical support and manage servers, Active Directory, and business systems including Grupo TRESS, Contpaq I, and NEODATA.

Previously, I was a Network Administrator at Técnicas Mexicanas de Ensambles TECMA GROUP Shelter, supporting users and administering networks, Exchange Server, backups, and company systems.

At Servicios de Construcción y Administración SEICA, I resolved user service requests across departmental systems. I also implemented HelpDesk applications, email accounts and server hardware, and a VPN between two points.
