I've managed complex housing complaints and Housing Ombudsman investigations, producing evidence-based responses, case submissions, remedies and redress decisions within statutory deadlines.

At L&Q, I investigated resident complaints, handled sensitive communications with MPs, councillors and the Housing Ombudsman Service, and monitored case progress, KPIs and quality standards. I also identified risks, escalated delays and contributed to improvements in consistency, efficiency and compliance.

My earlier work at Avison Young, InterContinental Hotels Group and Emirates Airline built my ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage sensitive situations and maintain high standards in customer-focused, regulated environments.

I'm now looking to transfer my practical experience in investigations, regulatory liaison, reporting, risk identification and service improvement into assurance, governance, compliance or regulatory oversight.
