At Armada Delivery Solutions, I design end-to-end SaaS dashboards and mobile apps for merchants, drivers, and operations teams across food, retail, and pickup. I work across web and mobile to simplify ordering, checkout, and merchant onboarding.
I conduct interviews and usability testing, then translate findings into prioritised design solutions. I partner with product managers and engineers to define features, scope trade-offs, and ship iteratively.
At Setup Egypt, I led the product design of the website as a solo designer, covering branding, information architecture, and responsive UI/UX from discovery through handoff. I also collaborated with stakeholders on product requirements and visual direction.
Earlier, I delivered a branding and UI/UX redesign for Coach Academy's e-learning website and, as a Product Designer intern at Armada Delivery Solutions, assisted senior designers with production-ready screens and participated in building business model and value proposition canvas frameworks. My product design path began with freelance mobile app work and self-directed study after my law degree.
