What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end product design, shape UX strategy and design standards, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

I work with B2B SaaS companies where the product is operationally complex, compliance workflows, data-heavy dashboards, multi-role interfaces, regulated environments. The problems I solve aren't visual. They're structural. Unclear information hierarchy. Interfaces built around features instead of decisions. Systems that require too much from the person using them.

The work shows up in different ways. A biotech team reduced audit preparation from three weeks to two days after we restructured their traceability workflow. A reporting hub cut decision cycle time by 75% when we rebuilt the information architecture around how leaders actually read data, not how the system stored it. A SaaS dashboard reduced support tickets by 66% in the first quarter after launch, simply by removing the confusion that had been designed in from the start.

The pattern is consistent. Complexity isn't the problem. Unmanaged complexity is.
