I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service strength, administrative management skills, and leadership to improve satisfaction, resolve issues fast, and contribute to profitable growth—while continuing to grow professionally.

I’m a passionate, dedicated, and adaptable professional with expertise in customer service, administrative management, and leadership. I bring a proven track record of improving customer and employee satisfaction while driving business revenue and profitability.

In recent work as a Child Wellness Advocate, I organized child abuse workshops and built partnerships through networking with organizations fighting against child abuse. I also developed projects targeted at reducing child abuse, with a focus on practical, community-centered outcomes.

Through freelance broadcasting roles at PETALS FM 102.3 and PRIMUS RADIO, I handled script-writing and program presentation. I thrive in fast-paced environments where clear communication and creative execution matter.

Earlier experience as an Executive Marketer strengthened my customer focus: I ensured enquiries, queries, and complaints were resolved to an exceptional standard, kept customers updated via phone, email, and SMS, and created new customer accounts.
