I am a results-driven HR (People & Culture) professional with around 9 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, organizational development, and strategic leadership. I specialize in scaling HR processes, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across distributed workforces.

At Rocket Learning I played a key role in growing the organization from 50 to 550+ employees in 2.5+ years, leading onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRMS implementation, and sustaining attrition below 10% through targeted retention strategies.
