At Rocket Learning I played a key role in growing the organization from 50 to 550+ employees in 2.5+ years, leading onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRMS implementation, and sustaining attrition below 10% through targeted retention strategies.

Earlier roles include Lead HR - Payroll & Compensation at Digicall Teleservices, where I managed payroll for 2,300 employees, strengthened compliance and audit readiness, and improved retention insights; and HR Generalist positions handling end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition.
