At Vrinda Global Ltd., I recruit mid- and senior-level talent across India for BFSI clients including HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, SBI Caps, Tata AIG General Insurance, and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.

I manage end-to-end recruitment, from headhunting, mapping, resume screening, and candidate outreach to interview coordination, follow-ups, MIS reporting, and coaching candidates through client interviews. I maintain proactive communication with candidates and client representatives while tracking recruiting and employment-market trends.

Earlier, I worked with Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. on SBI Credit Card, and held Relationship Manager roles at India Infoline and Anagram Stock Broking. I also bring experience as a Computer Operator and hold IRDA, National Stock Exchange cash, and Bombay Stock Exchange futures qualifications.
