I’m a PMO & governance specialist with 7+ years of experience in quality operations, governance reporting, service delivery, and process auditing across enterprise IT environments. I prepare weekly KPI dashboards and governance reports for stakeholders and use operational reviews to strengthen service request and escalation outcomes.

At Kyndryl, I lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA initiatives for customer dissatisfaction events, maintain process documentation and training records, and improve data quality and reporting accuracy through cross-functional collaboration.
