I’m a Lead Product Designer focused on AI products in B2B SaaS, with 6+ years across recruitment tech, digital agencies, and brand design. At Wiggli, I lead end-to-end product design for an AI-powered recruitment platform—owning design strategy, user research, AI UX patterns, UI craft, and a product design system that scales across recruiter, candidate, and admin experiences.
User research sits at the core of how I work: every feature starts with understanding the people using it, from recruiters under pressure to candidates navigating a job search and admins running operations. I partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to ship AI features end to end, maintain UX writing standards and quality conventions, and raise the bar through mentorship, design QA, and usability-led iteration.
