What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Technical Project Manager role where I can lead cross-functional delivery, own stakeholder communication, run Scrum with JIRA, improve turnaround time, and guide enterprise onboarding and adoption with measurable outcomes.

I manage end-to-end product development by starting with client requirements and translating them into clear project plans. I collaborate closely with engineering and design, and I keep teams aligned through regular stand-ups and practical execution.

As a POC for stakeholders and clients, I own communication and escalations while driving delivery forward. I strategized, planned, and executed project plans with resource allocation, reducing delivery time by 30%.

I run beta testing and sprint reviews to protect accuracy and productivity, using Scrum to keep work visible and controlled. I use JIRA to manage workflows, tickets, sprints, and backlog so the team can deliver with confidence.

I also act as a key account manager for multiple enterprise clients, guiding a team of 22 CSMs for onboarding, integration, migration, and software adoption. I bring strong communication, independent thinking, and leadership to help organizations succeed with the product.
