At Ticketmaster (Live Nation Entertainment), I built AI-assisted incident investigation that gathers relevant Splunk logs, redacts sensitive data and returns a probable cause supported by log evidence. I also connected Claude to GitLab, JIRA, Confluence and Splunk through MCP servers, bringing operational investigations into one place.
I authored Claude Agent Skills for guided platform-upgrade runbooks and apply human approval, read-only defaults and evidence requirements to AI workflows. Alongside this work, I own self-managed GitLab CI/CD infrastructure and maintain Splunk and Prometheus/Grafana observability, as well as Terraform-based AWS infrastructure.
