At Ticketmaster (Live Nation Entertainment), I built production automation with the Claude API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to turn infrastructure upgrade runbooks into validation-gated workflows. This reduced upgrade planning and execution time from about two days to two to three hours.
I also architected GitLab CI/CD infrastructure and optimized the runner fleet, cutting average pipeline build time from about ten to six minutes. For incident response, I created a pipeline that sends structured Splunk log excerpts to Claude for AI-assisted diagnosis.
Earlier, I supported payment applications at Nehish Software Solutions for Airtel Payments Bank and built Jenkins deployment pipelines at Vcare Infotech Solutions. I also designed three RAG architectures in a self-directed project, comparing retrieval quality, latency, and infrastructure costs; I'm RHCE and RHCSA certified.
