What I'm looking for

I’m open to Customer Support, Customer Success, CRM, Operations, and health-tech or SaaS roles, with fully remote work experience.

I support 650+ clients across a subscription-based digital health platform. I handle approximately 200–300 customer conversations daily through email, chat, WhatsApp Business, WATI, social channels, and phone.

I troubleshoot app and platform issues across iOS, Android, and web, including login, access, and OTP problems. Since 2024, I’ve maintained a 90%+ ticket-resolution rate through prioritization, escalation, and follow-up.

As my company'’s first Customer Experience team member, I helped build and refine support workflows, FAQs, and documentation. I also lead and support a 5–6 member team, including coaching and onboarding.

I use Intercom and HubSpot for customer communication and case management, alongside tools such as Notion and Slack for internal coordination. My background also includes Ayurveda clinical training, postgraduate psychology study, and phone sales for a professional beauty course.
