I'm looking to lead strategic digital transformation, technology, infrastructure, or innovation portfolios where I can align executive priorities, strengthen governance, manage delivery risks, and help cross-functional teams deliver measurable business value.

I've led enterprise digital transformation programs at SOCAR Tech, including AI-driven risk management and HSE, compliance, and reporting platforms that improve operational controls and decision-making.

Previously, I headed innovative projects at Zeytun Pharmaceuticals and PMO operations at Azerconnect Group, managing strategic portfolios, governance, budgets, executive reporting, and cross-functional teams.

Across telecommunications and infrastructure delivery, I've managed network deployments, acquisition and contract lifecycles, project monitoring, and cost control. My projects include COP29 Azerbaijan, Formula 1 Baku Grand Prix, mobile network coverage in the Garabagh Region, and technology readiness for major UEFA events.
