I’m a Project Manager with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. I’ve worked across product analysis, business analysis, and project delivery—using KPIs and user behavior to find optimization opportunities and guide teams toward measurable outcomes.

In my current role as a Product Analyst at Pasha Bank, I analyze product performance with KPIs and user behavior (Amplitude), then turn findings into dashboards and actionable insights using Tableau and Power BI. I support data-driven product decisions by collaborating cross-functionally, managing requirements and priorities in Jira, and validating improvements through A/B testing.

Previously, I led project execution for the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, overseeing task delivery against timelines and objectives while coordinating integration of systems and processes across departments. Earlier, as a Business analyst, I gathered and documented business requirements, analyzed existing processes for improvements, and maintained stakeholder communication through the full project lifecycle—supported by business process models, functional specifications, and reports. As Head of IT Club at Davam Youth Movement, I led an IT team, mentored members, and managed IT projects from inception to completion, reinforcing my commitment to stakeholder management, risk management, and effective delivery under Agile methodologies.
