I'm looking for a role where I can support secure, stable IT infrastructure, resolve incidents quickly, strengthen network reliability, and continue growing in systems and network administration.

At Interfoam West, I support IT infrastructure for 20+ users, maintain approximately 99% uptime, and resolve 10–15+ system and network incidents each week in under 30 minutes on average. I stabilize LAN performance, manage routers, switches, cabling, user access, firewalls, backups, and documentation to keep business-critical operations running with near-zero downtime.

Previously at Nicely Group, I worked on front-end development, APIs, and asynchronous flows while using AI tools to reduce debugging time. I bring a Computer Engineering background and a practical focus on secure, reliable infrastructure.
