With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Science, I possess a solid understanding of computer systems and networks. My experience in IT system administration and IT support has equipped me with the skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

I am proficient in a range of tools and technologies, including AWS, VMWare, Terraform, Ansible, K8s, Docker, and CI/CD. I am also skilled in programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, Java, and MySQL. My experience with ticketing systems, scripting, and administration in Office 365 has enabled me to provide technical training and onboarding to users.
