Nayara Castiglioni Amaral

At Global Fund for Children, I designed and delivered education, youth power, and climate justice initiatives across Latin America, overseeing nearly US$1 million in direct funding to community-based organizations. I managed funding portfolios across Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, and Mexico while strengthening more than 35 grantee partners and advancing youth leadership.

Previously, at Engajamundo, I managed a BRL1 million-plus institutional portfolio, led 20+ climate justice, advocacy, and grassroots mobilization campaigns, and coordinated a network of 2,000+ youth volunteers. I bring over eight years of experience connecting civil society, philanthropy, and social justice through resource mobilization, partnerships, collaborative processes, and organizational capacity strengthening.
