What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international forest, climate, and biodiversity strategies that turn multilateral commitments into people-centred systems change through strong partnerships with civil society, Indigenous Peoples, communities, governments, business, and science.

Civil society organisations working on climate and the environment often face the same challenge: how do you turn a seat at the table into real influence over policy? That question has shaped my entire career.

Over 20 years, I've worked across the full spectrum of environmental advocacy for major organisations and alliances in Brazil and at international level.

What sets me apart is combining a scientific background with deep fluency in multilateral diplomacy and civil society leadership. I know how to build alliances and coalitions, hold dialogue and negotiate in diverse, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments, and communicate complex climate and forest policy to very different audiences.

Currently based in Berlin, I keep working on the questions that matter most to me: how climate policy, forest and environmental protection, and human rights can reinforce each other, and how civil society can hold power accountable in that process.
