At Teleperformance India, I build Power BI semantic models, automated reporting pipelines, and operational dashboards for 20+ global clients across BFSI, telecom, media, automotive, aviation, FMCG, and manufacturing.
I reduced reporting turnaround by 30 hours per week for an American Airlines project through scheduled Power BI refreshes and self-service distribution. I also delivered an Escalation Analytics dashboard that reduced escalations by 16% for an online real estate client.
I use Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Star, Snowflake, and Galaxy schemas to turn multi-source operational data into scalable, user-focused reporting. My work spans customer care, sales and agent performance, cancellations, repeat calls, speech analytics, and social media sentiment.
