Message

At Bentley Systems India Pvt Ltd, I designed and delivered enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards to support executive decision-making across multiple business functions.

I developed scalable semantic models using star schema design, DAX, and Power Query, and applied row-level security and performance optimization to improve report performance and governance.

At Infobip Pvt Ltd, I analyzed operational and business data for Fortune 3 accounts with $30M+ revenue, contributing to a 10% year-over-year revenue increase. I also developed dashboards for profitability, operational performance, and proactive service monitoring.

At Amdocs India LLP, I used Tableau to surface operational trends for strategic global clients and led a team of 10 support engineers. My experience also includes technical account management and operational analysis.
