Quality Engineering is no longer just about finding defects—it is about enabling engineering teams to deliver software faster, modernize legacy platforms with confidence, and improve release quality through scalable automation and engineering excellence. That philosophy has guided my career for the past 20 years. I have partnered with organizations across Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Enterprise Mobility, and SaaS to design quality engineering strategies, architect automation frameworks, and support large-scale modernization initiatives. Most recently, I have been leading quality engineering efforts for Jack Henry & Associates, contributing to digital banking platforms including OpenAnywhere, Financial Performance Suite, Enterprise Payment Solutions, and Deposit Escrow. My experience includes Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST API automation, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted quality engineering. Beyond technology, I focus on solving engineering challenges, improving release confidence, mentoring teams, and building scalable quality practices that deliver long-term business value. Earlier in my career, I helped build Mobile Labs from its startup phase through its successful acquisition by Kobiton, leading Quality Engineering initiatives and developing enterprise mobile automation solutions used by customers worldwide. That experience strengthened my ability to combine technical leadership with practical business outcomes.
