I am a dedicated hospitality professional with over a year and a half of hands-on experience delivering excellent guest service at Delight International Hotel in Dilla, Ethiopia.

As a waiter, I welcomed and assisted guests with professionalism and warmth, handled inquiries and service requests efficiently, and collaborated with my team to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that met brand standards.

I actively participated as a volunteer teacher, coach, and referee in the Dilla Don Bosco Youth Center summer program, which enhanced my leadership, mentoring, and program-organization skills and earned me a certificate of recognition.
