I am a dedicated public policy and administration professional with a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. My expertise lies in policy analysis, particularly in law enforcement, military, and citizen-government relationships. I leverage my extensive background in academia and government service to inform decision-making through quantitative data analysis.

Currently, I serve as an Adjunct Government Instructor at Odessa College, where I deliver remote instruction and evaluate student performance.
