For two three-month terms, taught three sections of 11th grade American Literature to 70 English-speaking students as a volunteer. Taught short stories, poems and two novels: The Scarlet Letter and The Great Gatsby. I also helped teach Computer Graphics & Design to 10th–12th grade students who were creating the school yearbook.

Pursued a Master's degree in English and Comparative Literature with a concentration in Poetry.
