I am a marketing-trained, customer-focused operations professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and a completed 12-month NSF-funded graduate internship in retail store design and events marketing. I bring strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills developed across retail, marketing and courier environments.

At The Courier Guy I managed parcel tracking and shipment capture using Ship Logic and Parcel Perfect, coordinated nationwide branch communications, assisted walk-in clients, and performed daily cash-ups. I currently provide reliable, client-centered service as an e-hailing driver and I am eager to apply my logistics and customer-service experience to a customer-facing operations or marketing role.
