At IBM, I lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare roles, from clinical positions to administrative roles. I partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and hiring strategies.
I mentor junior recruiters, facilitate training, and monitor recruitment metrics. I’ve also improved recruitment workflows and candidate experience while working toward service-level, quality, and compliance targets.
Before my current role, I managed preboarding at IBM, verifying licenses and certifications and supporting candidates through onboarding. I was recognized as Top Preboarding Specialist in 2021 and as a Top Recruiter for the Spokane, Washington Region in 2023 and 2024.
