At Happy Sleep, I lead onboarding, development, quality systems, and performance standards for a distributed Nurse Practitioner team. I also helped operationalize a longitudinal sleep apnea care model using continuous remote physiologic monitoring.

Across Enhance.MD, Complete Sleep, and Llyon Medical, I've delivered virtual and in-person care while building practical workflows for weight management, sleep medicine, chronic disease, and longitudinal follow-up. I translate frontline clinical feedback into improvements that balance provider experience, patient safety, clinical quality, and operational scalability.

I've also launched Clinicious, a healthcare content business, and helped hospitals, universities, and healthcare organizations adopt virtual clinical education and simulation technology through Oxford Medical Simulation.
