What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support elementary students through standards-aligned instruction, differentiated learning, strong classroom routines, and collaborative relationships with families and school staff.

I'm currently supporting elementary classrooms as a Substitute Teacher with Alvord Unified School District, maintaining routines, encouraging engagement, and collaborating with staff to meet student needs.

At Stokoe Elementary School, I planned and delivered second-grade English Language Arts and mathematics instruction in whole-group and small-group settings. I worked with a mentor teacher to assess progress, adapt instruction, and support structured learning activities.

My background also includes tutoring with Learn 4 Life and AVID, where I helped students build organization, study, time-management, and independent-learning skills through one-on-one and small-group support.

As a Behavior Technician and Case Manager, I provided behavioral, social-emotional, trauma-informed, and de-escalation support while partnering with families, staff, and community agencies. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and bring a relationship-centered approach to helping students succeed.
