Natasha Turinawe

I coordinate client bookings and respond to service inquiries in my work as a self-employed makeup artist and hairstylist. I communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

I manage appointments and daily responsibilities independently, handle client concerns professionally, and work to ensure satisfaction. I also maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business through good service.

At Basmah Beauties, I welcomed clients, answered questions, and helped direct them to appropriate services. I also supported daily salon operations and kept the client service area organized.

As a Retail Shop Assistant at Hospitality Supplies Shop, I helped customers find suitable supplies by asking about their requirements and sharing relevant product information. I’m looking to bring this customer service experience to remote appointment setting.
