I'm leading global People strategy at Avolution Software, a private-equity-backed enterprise SaaS business spanning APAC, EMEA and AMER. I've built its first People Strategy and Scorecard, led a global BambooHR rollout, authored a seven-country employee handbook, and redesigned performance reviews to support 40% year-on-year growth.

Previously, as Chief People Officer at Channel 3 Consulting, I partnered with the CEO and leadership team to embed commercial accountability through a performance-enablement framework that delivered a £1M revenue uplift and improved project margins. I also increased senior female representation by 20% and BIPOC promotions by 10%.

At Les Mills International, I directed People & Culture across the UK and Europe, led the full wind-down of Russian operations with zero governance breaches, and improved product launch success by 20% through Agile ways of working. I co-created a three-year global people strategy, built the European DE&I network, and launched an Emerging Leaders programme for succession planning.

Across 15+ years in HR, I’ve built people functions for scale-ups, private-equity-backed companies, consultancies, fintech and international organisations.
