At Vicarius, I own end-to-end UX/UI design for the vRx cybersecurity SaaS platform and two internal products. I led 0→1 design for Reports, Scripts, and Compliance, and simplified platform workflows to reduce routine effort for admins.

I use customer interviews, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing to shape and validate product decisions. I also built and maintain a Figma design system, partnering with Product, Engineering, and QA to carry designs through implementation.
