I'm open to Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, and IT Project Coordinator roles, whether remote, hybrid, or on-site.

At IRESIS – Ingeniería Recursos y Sistemas, I coordinated implementation of a payments and event-management platform across 30+ school events, from requirements gathering and setup through user training and go-live support. I also translated client needs into configuration specs for the development team.

I designed four operational processes automated with Python and AI, including an automated report review that went from 2 hours to 20 minutes. Earlier, as a Junior Developer at LEGION S.A.S., I tested enterprise CRM and ERP systems, fixed bugs with Node.js, ran SQL queries, and trained end users.
