What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Assessment Specialist with 20+ years of experience supporting organisations in identifying, developing and accelerating leadership talent. I combine executive coaching, psychometric assessment and talent development expertise to help senior leaders and high-potential managers strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Over the past four years of the full scale invasion, I’ve continued partnering with major Ukrainian companies across agricultural, financial, IT, and FMCG sectors—often under extreme pressure with leadership teams dispersed across Europe. In these moments, clients value my calm, structured, grounded approach that creates clarity, stability, and a trusted space to reflect, reset, and move forward with confidence.
Since 2023, I’ve worked as an Executive Coach, supporting leaders transitioning into Senior Leadership roles by strengthening presence and interpersonal effectiveness. I use psychometrics and multi source feedback to assess strengths and development areas, coaching clients through assessment processes for Senior Leadership positions and improving collaboration and communication on complex issues.
Previously, I served as an Executive Coach and Assessment & Talent Development Consultant (2020–Present) and led assessment and development projects as Senior Assessment Consultant & Managing Partner, Professional Coach HR Technologies (2009–2019), earning “Best Provider for Philip Morris Ukraine.” I also established and led SHL Ukraine (2004–2009), building evidence-based assessment and leadership development solutions using competency-based leadership and certification programmes.
