I’m an experienced Legal Counsel focused on international law, regulatory compliance, and data protection in highly regulated fintech environments. I combine contract management with DPO-style privacy governance to help leadership move quickly without increasing compliance risk.

In my recent role with Viber Pay and core Viber services, I provided end-to-end legal support for new products and features. I reviewed and negotiated commercial, licensing, and vendor agreements while ensuring GDPR and e-Privacy compliance, supported privacy audits and DPIAs, and contributed to incident response and data governance.

I supported cross-border launches and governance: I helped enable the launch of Viber Pay in the Philippines by aligning regulatory, contractual, and data-protection requirements with local partners. I also advised cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and payments to streamline feature rollout and reduce regulatory risk, strengthening documentation for payment-related services and third-party integrations.

Previously, at Worldline Group and Rakuten Europe Bank, I led GDPR implementation and developed governance frameworks across multinational environments. I negotiated IT, cloud, and payment service contracts with global providers, reinforced compliance through audits and internal training, and delivered complex outsourcing and IT agreements with strong regulatory alignment.
