I’m a Relationship Manager and Personal Banker with 5+ years of experience in relationship management and business development within regulated banking environments in Nigeria. I focus on proactively managing retail and SME portfolios, delivering tailored banking solutions, and running thorough needs analyses to drive financial inclusion.

At Keystone Bank Limited, I drive business development to acquire and manage high-value retail and corporate clients, supporting sustained portfolio growth and revenue optimization. I structured and booked over ₦1billion in Bank Guarantee for an IATA-accredited travel agency and maintained and renewed it annually since 2021, helping ensure uninterrupted international operations while staying aligned to compliance expectations.

Previously as an Executive Trainee, I supported financial inclusion and on-boarding initiatives that serviced 450+ previously unbanked customers across rural communities in Abuja, Nasarawa, and Kaduna. I issued and activated MasterCard and Visa ATM cards for individual, SME, and high-net-worth customers, increased cashless payment adoption, and helped achieve deposit and profit targets at 110% through customer insights, cross-selling, and up-selling.

Before banking, I worked as an Assistant Accountant at Livestock Feeds PLC, contributing to ~70% of the company’s total profit generated from Northern Nigeria operations through accurate reporting, cost control, internal audits, reconciliations, and strong adherence to financial controls. I continue to build my analytical edge through data analytics training (including Tableau and Excel) while pursuing an MBA at Ahmadu Bello University.
