At Safaricom PLC, I lead staged Metro Fiber and GPON rollouts across multiple regions, delivering 4,000+ km of fiber annually at 100% ITU-T compliance. I coordinate deployment with site acquisition, power, transmission integration, and activation teams.

I redesigned ConnectMaster and Lepton Smart Inventory workflows, cutting maintenance costs by 15% and network duplication incidents by 95%. I also built a four-year fiber demand forecast and Capex capacity plan that enabled a 20% capacity expansion for 5G backhaul.

On the ASN DARAJA submarine cable project, I led OSP design and deployment on the Mombasa side, from the Beach Manhole through to the cable landing station. Earlier, I co-built a construction GHG calculator with NIRAS Africa and designed a climate-resilience screening model.
