I've supported Microsoft Azure subscription and billing services at LTIMindtree, helping global customers resolve account, subscription, portal, and billing issues.

I guide customers on securing Azure subscriptions, optimizing costs, and using Microsoft Learn, Azure portal resources, and documentation. I also collaborate with Microsoft Product Management and Engineering teams, manage escalations, and contribute feedback to improve Azure.

As a Backup Team Lead, I managed a team of ten, monitored performance, maintained team scores, and delivered regular feedback. My work earned 15+ monthly morale awards from Microsoft, alongside Spot On, Customer Moral, and Engagement Level awards.

At B3 Networks, I administer Microsoft Teams and Zoom enterprise voice services, including Auto Attendants, Call Queues, routing profiles, Operator Connect, and Direct Routing. I analyze Kibana and SBC call data to diagnose packet loss, latency, and low MOS, while testing call routing and load balancing across staging and production environments.
