What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead college-readiness, literacy, and student-support programs where I can strengthen implementation, use data to improve outcomes, and develop educators through practical professional learning.

I support Dallas ISD P-TECH, dual-credit, and Early College High School programs by helping campuses and college partners keep students on track for postsecondary success. I use data-driven decision-making and deliver professional development on curriculum, college assessments, and program policies.

I've led literacy, RtI/MTSS, SEL, and college-readiness work across Dallas ISD and Fort Worth ISD, including TSIA2 coordination and interventions. My background as a reading specialist, ESL teacher, department chair, and district specialist centers on building systems that help students and educators succeed.

Responsible for ensuring campus P-TECH and Early College High School dual-credit programs are run with fidelity of implementation of policies, protocols, and systems that guarantee student and campus success. Supporting campus leaders and college partners in ensuring students are progress-monitored, on-track, and getting necessary academic and behavioral wrap-around supports.
