I’m a communications and multimedia professional with 5+ years of experience spanning journalism, public information support, digital content production, stakeholder engagement, and administrative coordination across media, banking, and corporate environments. I develop communication materials, manage information workflows, and help strengthen organizational visibility through strategic storytelling and digital engagement.

In customer support at Cotrac Satellite Systems, I delivered multi-channel communication support, coordinated with technical teams to resolve service issues, and maintained structured client records to improve service delivery. At United Bank for Africa (UBA), I managed client portfolios using strategic communication, led stakeholder engagement initiatives to support business development, and prepared analytical reports on customer engagement and portfolio performance—consistently exceeding targets.

I also bring strong editorial and content experience. As a Content Creator at Blueprint Africa and a News Editor Intern at Urban Radio 94.5FM, I produced multimedia content (articles, graphics, and social media materials), supported newsroom production, and verified information accuracy.
