What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long-term role where I can combine marketing strategy, research-based content, and strong operations to improve brand growth, engagement, and customer service—while leading teams and managing complex workflows with accuracy.

I’m a detail-oriented marketing manager and journalist with a background in climbing-industry marketing, research-based editorial work, and competitive coaching. I bring exceptional written and verbal communication, plus the ability to manage complex workflows and teams with accuracy and efficiency.

In marketing roles, I develop and execute marketing strategies that increase product awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth. I manage multi-channel campaigns (social media and email), refine brand messaging for relaunch consistency, and use analytics and customer feedback to optimize ROI and inform future decisions.

As a Senior Editor and Sales & Service Manager, I interview industry leaders and stakeholders, translate qualitative insights into well-researched articles, and support business planning through gap identification and stakeholder feedback. I also coach and train across youth and adult programs—prioritizing safety, risk assessment, curriculum development, and high-quality service—because I enjoy turning strategy and structure into real outcomes for people.
