I've supported conflict, peace, and security research at ISP-Myanmar, collecting and analyzing data on conflict incidents, civilian threats, stakeholder statements, and election-related violence. I prepared analytical reports and briefing memos while contributing to panels, workshops, and research dissemination.
I've also supported social science research at CRPI through literature reviews, translation of English and Burmese interview questions, and research discussions. Previously, I led library operations at Phaung Daw Oo Sutakami Library, introducing barcode cataloguing, mentoring staff, expanding classroom book access, and facilitating reading clubs.
