Linnhtet Koko

I am a proactive young community leader with a strong passion for community development, peace education, women empowerment, and reproductive health. Throughout my career, I have received awards and achievements driven by these passions. As a Data Intern at the Institute for Strategy and Policy Myanmar (ISP), I was responsible for cleaning collected conflict-related data from news and other secondary sources. I also managed data entry and cleaning tasks within ISP-Myanmar's Armed Conflict Data Collection. Additionally, I assisted the research team in any additional duties assigned by my supervisors to support the effective functioning of the team.

I have intermediate communication skills and have experience as a project coordinator at Spring University Myanmar (SUM). In this role, I coordinated the management and operations among the school and partner organizations. I also led the administration, management, and operation of the project. My skills include event planning and management, leadership, teamwork, report writing and evaluation, data collection, data management, note-taking, and communication.

I have experience as a Seasonal Data Collector at GIZ Myanmar, where I collected, entered, and stored data. I also have experience as a Social Science Instructor at Thabyay Education Foundation, where I assisted in monitoring and evaluation. I have received several awards, including the Academic Excellent Certificate for my research on Coping Strategies in Post-Coup Myanmar by LIFT Myanmar. I have also been recognized for my community service internship, scholarship award, service-learning excellence, and research paper.
