What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my skills in community development and stakeholder engagement, ideally in a collaborative environment focused on social impact.

I am a dedicated Community Development Facilitator and Stakeholder Relations Officer with extensive experience in public policy research and project management. My work at Abakhi Developments has allowed me to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, where I successfully developed and implemented social compact agreements for large-scale infrastructure projects. My analytical skills were further demonstrated through socio-economic assessments in Alexandra, where I analyzed data from over 5,000 households to inform housing and quality-of-life improvement projects.

In addition to my project management experience, I have a strong background in policy research and stakeholder engagement. I played a pivotal role in the development of the Limpopo Multi-Year Human Settlement Development Plan, aligning it with the National Development Plan's vision for transforming human settlements. My commitment to community engagement is evident in my leadership of public participation efforts for the Urban Development Framework of Alexandra, ensuring that community voices are heard in critical development processes.
