I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute, where I engineer framework-level components that power context-aware intelligence on Android. I focus on taking research ideas to production—building systems that reliably deliver personalized, on-device insights at scale.

I developed Samsung Personal Data Engine, an Android framework module used across 10M+ Galaxy flagship devices, and shipped framework-level APIs/SDKs adopted by internal teams and external enterprise partners across 15+ applications. I also led research-to-production development for Now Nudge, an on-device behavioral intelligence system that has been commercialized in Galaxy S26 series and adopted by Spotify.

Performance and quality are central to my process: I architected SQL-backed on-device pipelines that improved query throughput by 60% and reduced latency, and I optimized intelligence algorithms to cut latency by 40%, memory usage by 25%, and computational overhead by 35%. I’ve built an internal LLM-powered debugging assistant using Samsung GenAI APIs for automated log analysis, and my work has been recognized through multiple awards, along with patent filings and an accepted IEEE research paper.
