I’m a Senior Android engineer focused on shipping native SystemUI capabilities that perform reliably at scale. I own technical architecture decisions end to end—from design through production—so the product stays fast, stable, and maintainable.

In my current role, I rebuilt Samsung’s Android Transition framework inside SystemUI to improve UI transition latency by 25–30%, while keeping crash rates below 2%. I also built the on-device LLM integration layer for a search engine, owning query routing to a fine-tuned Gemma 4B decoder and its JSON query-plan schema across multiple first-party clients.

I’ve migrated on-device inference from CPU to GPU by compacting queries and using constrained decoding to guarantee valid JSON, cutting per-query latency to 10 seconds. Throughout integration, I filed upstream GitHub issues to help improve the ecosystem alongside delivering features for real users.

Earlier, I owned the end-to-end architecture of an Android widget-placement feature (hybrid CNN + heuristic) shipped as a sub-3MB shared library, reaching 90% unit-test coverage and production readiness. I’ve also designed low-latency real-time visual processing using C++ and OpenCV, and I bring a disciplined testing and CI/CD mindset (including GitHub Actions and QuickBuild) to every release.
