Software Engineer with a 6-month SDE internship at OPPO R&D Centre, where I shipped production features across Android OS, backend services, and AI-driven systems used on millions of devices across OnePlus and OPPO.

The Always-On Display module was seeing a high crash rate that was hurting user experience. I led root cause analysis using memory profilers, Systrace, and large-scale log analysis, which uncovered fault patterns across OS-level UI framework code. The fix reduced crashes by 31% and improved system responsiveness and stability by 27%, through fault isolation and resource/performance tuning, all shipped via an agile workflow using Gerrit and CI/CD.

To explore how AI could improve developer workflows, I built CodeLens, a RAG-powered codebase search engine. I designed AST-aware indexing and hybrid retrieval so results could cite exact files and functions, cutting the time engineers spend hunting through unfamiliar codebases.

Outside of internships, I build practical Android tools, a YouTube Shorts blocker using Accessibility Services, and a circular launcher with optimized Canvas rendering.
