What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own scalable backend platforms end-to-end, build clean APIs and microservices, and apply LLM automation to solve real business problems. I value system design, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to mentor and drive delivery.

At Spire.AI, I design and own Java and Spring Boot APIs used by frontend and third-party integrations, while building LLM-powered automation for job-description evaluation and matching.

I reduced API response time by 30% through parallel task execution and improved peak-traffic query latency with MongoDB Change Streams and Redis caching. I also built vector embedding-based skill similarity search, AWS Lambda-based JD processing, and backend systems for demand forecasting and RFP planning.
