At Fibertech, I lead end-to-end FTTH design for new and expanding service areas, taking projects from site survey through HLD/LLD delivery while sustaining 90%+ design accuracy.

I optimize FDH placement, branching structures, cable utilization, routing, splicing, and FDB placement to support efficient deployment. I also own HLD/LLD delivery for Dark Fiber, P2P, and uplink leased-line services, coordinating with contractors, ISPs, and internal teams to strengthen network resilience.

I improve design quality through second-level reviews, site-survey validation, contractor evaluations, and clear rollout checkpoints. I maintain centralized NMS data, improve BoM master data and the passive-network knowledge base, and automate design and service workflows.

Earlier at Fibertech, I prepared BoM/BoQ and as-built documentation and supported network commissioning. My electrical engineering background includes load-flow analysis, GIS-based planning, renewable-energy integration, and SCADA documentation at JEPCO.
